MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 4 for DWSD Contract 6003611 (WS-717) with LGC Global, Inc., for As-Needed Water Main Replacements by adding $2,300,000.00 in funding, for a total amended contract amount not-to-exceed $15,994,796.84. No changes to the scope of work, terms and conditions or expiration date of 3/31/2026.
