MOTION
Upon the request of Chief General Counsel Debra N. Pospiech, Esq., the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to approve the offer of settlement presented by the Plaintiff in James Rembert Sr., and Juanita Rembert vs. City of Detroit, et al., Wayne County Court Case No. 21-013669-CK and also authorize the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
