Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract 6005800 with human-I-T, a piggyback Contract of CoD #6004488, for the disposal of obsolete computer equipment for a duration of 18 months. This is a revenue generating contract. The vendor is compensated by retaining 85% of the revenue received from resold items. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
