MOTION
Upon review of the April 6, 2026 bid protest from LGC Global, Inc, the managing joint venturer and on behalf of LGC - Detroit Grounds Crew, Inc JV, regarding Detroit Water and Sewerage Department Request For Bid (RFB #5342476, Project WS-755), for Lead Water Service Line Replacement, and review of the original bid submission, information attached to the Bid Protest and summary of actions taken by DWSD Procurement, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department [accepts or rejects] the protest and directs the Director to act in accordance with this action.
