MOTION
Upon review of the July 28, 2025 bid protest from Major Contracting, regarding Detroit Water and Sewerage Department Request For Bid (RFB) #534156/ Project WS-741, for Water System Improvements, and review of the original bid submission, bid tabulation and summary of actions taken by DWSD Procurement, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department accepts the protest and directs the Director to act in accordance with this action.
