MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract No. 6004686 with Image Printing, Inc. for printing services with a contract amount not-to-exceed $180,320 and a term of three (3) years. BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) will contract with the Image Printing, Inc. to provide printing service including offset printing, digital printing and die-cutting. The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) Print Shop at the Water Board Building provides most printing services to DWSD through a Shared Services Agreement.
