                     Third Circuit of Michigan Case No. 24-008599-NI

                     

 

MOTION

Upon the request of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Scott MacGriff, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to settle the matter of Dahomey Abner v. City of Detroit, Third Circuit of Michigan Case No. 24-008599-NI for the sum of Sixty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($60,000.00), and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
