The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 1 for DWSD Contract No. 6001844 with OHM Advisors to continue providing Green Stormwater Infrastructure Program Management Services; by extending the contract three (3) years for a new term end date of 7/31/27 and adding $8,000,000.00 for a total amended contact amount not-to-exceed $20,000,000.00. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
