MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 3 for Contract 6004444 (WS-919) with Major Contracting Group Inc., for Hard Surface Restoration Repairs by adding $1,500,000.00 in funding, for a total amended contract amount not-to-exceed $39,937,100.00. No changes to the scope of work, terms and conditions or expiration date of 6/30/2026.
