The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Single Source Contract 6005098 with Michigan CAT, a division of MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., for the purchase of parts and preventative maintenance and repair services of Michigan CAT generators for all DWSD locations with a total contract amount not-to-exceed $120,000 and a term of 3 years and 7 months. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Single Source Contract 6005098 with Michigan CAT, a division of MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., for the purchase of parts and preventative maintenance and repair services of Michigan CAT generators for all DWSD locations with a total contract amount not-to-exceed $120,000 and a term of 3 years and 7 months.
