The BOWC also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 4 to DWSD Contract 6002651 (CS-1943), with iVantage Group for temporary staffing services, to add $500,000.00 in funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $1,465,000.00 and add one (1) year for a new term expiry of 6/30/26.
