This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department Maintenance and Repair Division is requesting system simulation integration and analytical services for the water distribution and sewer collection network.
