RE:                     In re: IWPC Dispute

                     

 

MOTION

Upon the request of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Scott MacGriff, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to settle the pre-litigation dispute between DWSD and IWPC for the amounts detailed in the attached settlement agreement and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
