The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 3 to DWSD Contract No. 6001202 (LS-1798) with The Allen Law Group, P.C. to add $150,000 in funding, for a total amended contract not-to-exceed the amount of $720,000 to continue providing Legal Services related to Collections, Bankruptcy, and other General Labor Matters for DWSD. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 3 to DWSD Contract No. 6001202 (LS-1798) with The Allen Law Group, P.C. to add $150,000 in funding, for a total amended contract not-to-exceed the amount of $720,000 to continue providing Legal Services related to Collections, Bankruptcy, and other General Labor Matters for DWSD.
