MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Purchase Order 3090197 with AIS Construction Equipment Corporation to provide (3) three new John Deere 35P-Tier mini excavators with trailers and attachments, for a total purchase not-to-exceed amount of $338,328.00 and authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
