The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department approves the proposed 5 Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the Fiscal Years 2027 to 2031 for the Water Supply System in the amount of $664,550,000 and for the Sewerage Disposal System in the amount of 784,450,000, respectively and the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budget for the Water Supply System in the amount of $109,240,000 and for the Sewerage Disposal System in the amount of $124,535,000, respectively; and further authorizes the Director and Chief Financial Officer to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

RE: Resolution Adopting the 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2027 to 2031 and the Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 for the Water Supply System and the Sewerage Disposal System.
MOTION
Upon recommendation of Istakur Rahman, Chief Financial Officer, the Board of Water Commissioners authorizes the Water Supply System Capital Improvement Plan and the Sewerage Disposal System Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2027 to 2031 and to approve the Water Supply System and the Sewerage Disposal System Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budgets, and further authorizes the Director and Chief Financial Officer to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
