MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract No. 6005746 with Morgan Site Services, Inc. aka Morgan Engineering Systems, Inc. for As-Needed Crane & Hoist Maintenance, Service, Parts and Repairs, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $100,000.00 and a term of 3 years and 6 months.
