MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 1 for DWSD Contract No. 6003486 (CS-1964) with Innovyze, LLC f/k/a Innovyze, Inc. for Hydraulic Modeling System Software; by adding 5 years for a new term ending 6/30/29, and additional funds in the amount of $940,000.00, for an amended total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,120,000.00.
