MOTION

Upon the request of General Counsel Rasul Raheem, Esq., the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to settle the matter of Nibal Dalloul v. City of Detroit, Third Circuit of Michigan Case No. 22-006744-NI for the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($800,000.00), and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
