MOTION

Upon the request of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Scott MacGriff, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to settle the matter of Mohamad Olabi v. City of Detroit, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 23-012983-NI for the amount indicated in the attached settlement agreement, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
