Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment 1 to DWSD Contract 6002725 with Graybar Electric Company, to continue providing for as-needed lighting and electrical supplies adding $50,000.00 to the contract amount and extending the term for a period of 2 years, for a new total amended contract not-to-exceed amount of $125,000.00. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
