MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract 6006871 with EJ USA, Inc. (formally known as East Jordan) and Contract 6006872 ETNA Supply Co., for various hydrant parts; for a total combined not-to-exceed amount of $1,028,671.65 and a term of two years. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
