This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote


BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, inspection, and repair of the City of Detroit's sewer infrastructure to ensure public health, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.
