The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department ("DWSD") hereby approves the acceptance of a Sewer Main Easement Agreement and related Bill of Sale from the Detroit Public Schools Community District ("DPSCD") for the sewer main and associated facilities located on DPSCD property commonly known as 7735 Lane Street, Detroit, Michigan (Tax Parcel ID No. 20004995), and authorizes the Director to execute and accept the documents and to take such further actions as may be necessary to complete and record the transaction.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Scott MacGriff, Chief General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department ("DWSD") hereby approves the acceptance of a Sewer Main Easement Agreement and related Bill of Sale from the Detroit Public Schools Community District ("DPSCD") for the sewer main and associated facilities located on DPSCD property commonly known as 7735 Lane Street, Detroit, Michigan (Tax Parcel ID No. 20004995), and authorizes the Director to execute and accept the documents and to take such further actions as may be necessary to complete and record the transaction.
BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
DPSCD has constructed and installed a sanitary sewer main and related underground equipment and appurtenances on its property commonly known as 7735 Lane Street as part of a sewer reroute. The parties have prepared a Sewer Main Easement Agreement and related Bill of Sale to transfer ownership of those facilities to DWSD, and to provide DWSD the property rights needed to operate, maintain, repair, recons...
