City of Detroit, et al, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 16-012602-NZ and 2) Notes that an affirmative roll call vote of 2/3 of the Board Members appointed and serving is required for approval of this Motion; and 3) Authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation and opinion of Richard Sulaka II, General Counsel, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department:
1) Agrees to meet with legal counsel, in closed session, pursuant to Section 8(e) and (h) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act to discuss settlement of Beasley , et al v. City of Detroit, et al, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 16-012602-NZ and
2) Notes that an affirmative roll call vote of 2/3 of the Board Members appointed and serving is required for approval of this Motion; and

JUSTIFICATION
A meeting in closed session is requested to discuss the handling and settling of Beasley , et al v. City of Detroit, et al, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 16-012602-NZ.
