Upon recommendation of Debra Pospiech, General Counsel, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department adopt a resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Detroit Board of Water Commissioners and the City Council of the City of Detroit regarding the BOWC Evening Community Meetings, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
