MOTION
Upon recommendation of Palencia Mobley, Deputy Director/Chief Engineer, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to enter into Contract No. DWS-903, Inspection and In-place Rehabilitation of Existing Sewers in the City of Detroit with Inland Waters Pollution Control (Contractor), at a cost not-to-exceed $60,000,000.00 for a duration of 1095 calendar days, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

JUSTIFICATION
Proposed Contract No. DWS-903 is a continuation of the scope of work being performed under the existing Contract Nos. DWS-889, DWS-890, DWS-900 and DWS-901. The purpose of this contract is to provide as-needed inspection and in-place rehabilitation of selected sewers primarily using the procedures, methods and equipment of the cured-in-place pipe lining process.
