MOTION
Upon recommendation of Thomas Naughton, CFO, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to secure a change order for a contract with Johnson Control for HVAC Building & Mechanical Systems Program Management On Demand Repair Services for an additional amount of $150,000.00 per year to purchase material not to exceed $2,226,020.00 for a duration of two (2) years, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

BACKGROUND
This contract serves as a Building Mechanical Systems Program Management - On Demand Repair Services to inspect and make necessary direct repairs and maintenance of any and all HVAC equipment for the entire Detroit Water and Sewerage Department.
JUSTIFICATION
It has been discovered that the cost for materials weren't included on the original contract and the Facilities group estimates that an additional $150,000.00 per year is needed to add to the origina...
