MOTION
Upon recommendation of Palencia Mobley, Deputy Director and Chief Engineer, the Board of Water Commissioners authorizes the Director to enter into Contract No. DWS-904, "Repair of Lawns, Berms and Trees Damaged Due to Maintenance of Water System and Green Stormwater Infrastructures Vegetation Management and Irrigation Services: Various Locations Throughout the City of Detroit" with WCI Contractors, Inc., (Contractor) at a cost not-to-exceed $2,657,700.00 for a duration of 1,095 calendar days, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
