MOTION
Upon recommendation of Palencia Mobley, Deputy Director, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit's Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to enter into a cooperative agreement no 6001574, based on the City of Detroit's (CoD) existing contract 6000788, with Otis Elevator for elevator maintenance and repair services for the remaining two-years, for a total contract amount, not to exceed, $161,625.00. It further authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND
The City of Detroit entered into a contract for three years with Otis Elevators starting August 1, 2017 and expiring July 31, 2020 for elevator maintenance and repairs services covering city-wide requirements.
