Upon recommendation of Palencia Mobley, Deputy Director/Chief Engineer, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to enter into Contract No. 6001844, "Green Stormwater Infrastructure Program Management" (CS-1884A) with OHM Advisors (Consultant), at a cost not-to-exceed, $12,000,000.00 for a duration of five (5) years, with the option of two (2) one-year extensions to be mutually agreed upon by both parties, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
