The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2917947 (LS-1791) to add $100,000 in funding, a total amended contract amount of $500,000 for "Legal Representation, Consultation and Advice to DWSD in Connection with the Negotiation of Certain Lease Agreements, Service Agreements and Shared Service Agreements in Conjunction with the Stand-Up of the Great Lakes Water Authority and Other Matters" with Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, P.L.C., and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
