MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Change Order No. 3 for snow and ice removal services with Lakeshore Global Corporation, adding $30,000 in additional funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $98,640 and adding 5 months to the term of the contract, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
