MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Purchasing Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Amendment No. 2 for Contract No. 6001298 to add $1,921,875.00 in funding, for a total amended contract not-to-exceed amount of $5,513,709.39 and to extend the contract term for an additional 3.25 years for Field Services and Meter Operations Project Management Office with Veolia Water North America, LLC, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
