The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve change order No. 2 to Contract No. 6003126 (previously 6000802) with Giorgi Concrete LLC for the Repair of Pavement, Sidewalks, Driveways and Curb cuts at various locations throughout the City of Detroit (project# DWS-902) . This amendment will add $2,500,000 for a total amended contract amount not to exceed $26,181,475 and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
