MOTION
Upon considering the legal advice of Chief General Counsel Debra N. Pospiech, Esq., the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department rejects the offer of June 3, 2021 to purchase DWSD properties at 90, 102, and 114 Stimson Street and 78 Peterboro Street, Detroit, Michigan; and authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
The Background and Justification for this action were discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 8(e) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.261 et. seq.).
