MOTION
The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD's portion of the City of Detroit's contract 6003387 with Ben Washington & Sons Plumbing & Heating, Inc., for as-needed plumbing services for a total amount not-to-exceed $300,000 and a term of three (3) years. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
DWSD Facility Operations was included in the City-wide contract managed by the City of Detroit (CoD) for as-needed plumbing services. A contract is needed to ensure any plumbing issues at DWSD facilities or in the field can be addressed immediately.
PROCUREMENT METHOD
