The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Change Order 3 to DWSD Contract No. 6001600 (WS-708) with Major Cement Co. for "Repair and Replacement of Water Main Systems: Various Pipe Sizes at Various Locations Throughout the City of Detroit" to add $600,000 in funding, for a new total amended amount not-to-exceed 8,602,800 and to extend the contract term by six months. This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
