The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 2 to DWSD Contract 6002651 (CS-1943), with iVantage Group for temporary staffing services of an iTron Application Analyst, to add $400,000 in funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $585,000 and add twenty-five (25) months for a total term of three (3) years, three (3) months. The BOWC also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Procurement Manager, The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 2 to DWSD Contract 6002651 (CS-1943), with iVantage Group for temporary staffing services of an iTron Application Analyst, to add $400,000 in funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $585,000 and add twenty-five (25) months for a total term of three (3) years, three (3) months.
