MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Operations Resource Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 1 to DWSD Contract 6003467 with Pace Transportation Service, formally known as, Lakeshore Utility Trailer, Inc. (Original Contract 6002339) for as-needed body and frame parts and service repairs of DWSD owned large heavy-duty trucks and tractor trailers for an amount not-to-exceed $66,535 and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
