MOTION

Upon the request and recommendation of Chief General Counsel Debra N. Pospiech, Esq., the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the DWSD to enter into binding arbitration in the matter of Cheryl Anderson-Small v. City of Detroit, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 19-009936-CZ pursuant to the terms outlined in the Agreement to Arbitrate dated July 23, 2021, and to make an initial payment in this matter of Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00), and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
