MOTION

Upon the request and recommendation of Chief General Counsel Debra N. Pospiech, Esq., the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD), authorizes the Director to settle the matter of Maria Lupercio v. City of Detroit, Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 20-003854-NI, for Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($3,900,000.00) and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
