The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment 1 to DWSD Contract 6003727 with Inland Waters Pollution Control, Inc. to add an additional $663,898.32 for a new total contract not-to-exceed amount of $2,663,898.32 for emergency investigations, cleaning and repairs to catch basins, manholes, sinkholes, etc. related to the 2021 severe flooding events (Project No. DWS-948). This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Operations Resource Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve Amendment 1 to DWSD Contract 6003727 with Inland Waters Pollution Control, Inc. to add an additional $663,898.32 for a new total contract not-to-exceed amount of $2,663,898.32 for emergency investigations, cleaning and repairs to catch basins, manholes, sinkholes, etc. related to the 2021 severe flooding events (Project No. DWS-948). This also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
