The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract 6003961 to utilize the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) cooperative contract with MSC Industrial Supply for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies for all DWSD departments, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,850,000 and a two (2) year term ending November 30, 2023. The BOWC also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Operations Resource Manager, The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract 6003961 to utilize the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) cooperative contract with MSC Industrial Supply for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies for all DWSD departments, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,850,000 and a two (2) year term ending November 30, 2023. The BOWC also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
