MOTION
Upon review of the April 12, 2022, protest from Inner City Contracting regarding Detroit Water and Sewerage Department Contract Number DWS-723, and review of a communication from the Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department deny the protest and directs the Director to act in accordance with this action.
