Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment 1 to DWSD Emergency Sourced Contract No. 6004249 (WS-734) with Major Contracting Group, Inc. for On-Call Backup Emergency Water Main Repair Services - requesting to add $500,000, for a new total amended contract amount of $950,000; and extend term by 6 months, through 12/31/22.
