MOTION
Upon recommendation of Lisa Wallick, Stormwater Management Group (SMG) Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to grant an increase of $2,800,000.00 in the contract price with a time extension of one (1) year for DWSD Contract No. CS-1830 "Engineering and Design Services for Stormwater Management Practices" with OHM Advisors (Consultant), and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
JUSTIFICATION
The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) procured Contract CS-1830: Engineering and Design Services, which includes engineering site analysis reports for non-residential customers and allows for other green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) related work as determined by the DWSD.
