MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 3 for Contract No. 6000988 (CS-1852) a proactive city-wide program for (FLSLR) Full Lead Service Line Replacements with Safewater Engineering LLC, to add $53,000 in additional funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $473,000 and adding six (6) months to the term of the contract and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
