MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 4 to PS-1876 for a personal services contract with Jon White II, adding $90,000.00 in additional funding for a total amended not-to-exceed amount of $235,000.00 and adding 1 year to the term of the contract, and also authorizes the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND / JUSTIFICATION
