The Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract No. 6002926 (CS-1942) with Data Consulting Group to oversee various IT efforts establishing CityWorks as DWSD's new Computerized Maintenance Management System and integration of the various external business systems at a cost not to exceed $686,000 for the term of two (2) years. This also authorizes, the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Mamata Burgi, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve DWSD Contract No. 6002926 CS-1942 with Data Consulting Group to oversee various IT efforts establishing CityWorks as DWSD's new computerized maintenance management system and integration of the various external business systems at a cost not to exceed $686,000 for the term of two (2) years. This also authorizes, the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.
BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION
